Job summary

SBM Offshore in France is seeking a Senior Project Commissioning Manager to lead pre-commissioning, onshore and offshore commissioning activities for complex projects, ensuring HSSE, quality, and schedule adherence. You will manage the commissioning team onsite, coordinate with multiple functions, and deliver detailed plans, documentation, and progress reports to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with HSSE knowledge.
10+ years of progressive commissioning and project management experience.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across onshore/offshore projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules and documentation.
Collaborate across project functions to integrate commissioning into the overall project schedule.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals and expectations.
Identify and resolve issues during commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Prepare and present detailed reports on commissioning progress, status, and performance metrics to senior management.
