Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Project Commissioning Manager to oversee pre-commissioning, onshore and offshore commissioning phases of complex construction projects. You will lead the commissioning team onsite, ensuring HSSE compliance, schedule adherence and budget alignment. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years’ experience are required to coordinate diverse teams and deliver safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commissioning experience and project management expertise.
• Strong knowledge of systems, construction, commissioning processes and HSSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate across project functions to integrate commissioning activities into the overall project schedule.
• Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
• Identify and resolve issues during commissioning, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on commissioning progress, status and performance to senior management.
