Technip Energies invites applications for a Senior Commissioning & Start Up Manager based in Nanterre/La Défense (France). You will lead the commissioning and start-up scope, develop strategy, schedule, and budgets, and recruit the team for home office and site execution in line with HSSE requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in Onshore/offshore Oil & Gas, a Process Engineering Degree, and fluency in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 10-15 years of experience in Onshore or offshore Oil & Gas Industry in a similar position and segment.
• Proven capability to manage commissioning, start-up and interim operations activities.
• Mandatory English; French language knowledge is a nice-to-have.

Responsabilités

• Manage safe execution of Commissioning and Start-up scope of work (home office preparation and site execution) in respect of HSSE rules.
• Develop and manage PC&C&SU strategy, schedule, budget and risk registers during proposal and execution through to Client handover/Provisional Acceptance.
• Build and manage manning, organization charts and subcontracting strategy for home office and site.
• Recruit and mobilize the commissioning and operations team; conduct interviews and select subcontractors.
