Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior project/program or value stream leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority.
• Strong business and operational acumen.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams and complex projects/situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• A results-oriented mindset — comfortable owning outcomes, not just coordinating actions.
• The ability to bring structure, rigor, and accountability to ambiguous problems.
• Deep understanding of operational concepts (e.g. bottleneck, WIP management, manufacturing flow).
