Job summary

Radian Arc Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex GPUaaS and AI infrastructure deployments from planning to handover. You will drive the integrated deployment plan across multiple teams, vendors, and customers while building the PMO and standardizing delivery workflows with automation.

The role requires extensive experience in infrastructure deployments, exceptional governance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, program management, technical delivery, or infrastructure deployment roles.
• 5+ years managing complex infrastructure deployments across multiple teams, vendors, partners, and customers.
• Track record of owning end-to-end deployments with timelines and delivery outcomes.
• Experience building or improving PMO processes, governance, reporting frameworks, dashboards.
• Designing and improving integrated project workflows with automation and AI-assisted tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and executives.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPUaaS, AI infrastructure, hardware, and data center deployments through planning to handover.
• Maintain integrated deployment plans across scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, decisions, and completion criteria.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, site readiness, installation, networking, storage, compute, platform deployment, and onboarding.
• Ensure alignment of requirements, delivery, readiness, commitments, and production dates.
• Lead deployment acceptance, go-live readiness, stabilization, and handover to operations.
• Manage multiple deployments in parallel, balancing shared resources and dependencies.
• Define standard deployment lifecycle, owners, inputs, and approval gates.
• Establish delivery governance with kickoffs, readiness reviews, change control, logs, escalation.
• Create templates, checklists, and runbooks for rapid, repeatable deployments.
• Help build PMO by setting standards and scalable delivery disciplines.
• Run post-deployment reviews and feed lessons learned into processes.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; drive mitigation and cross-team resolution.
• Provide clear status reporting to leadership, customers, vendors, and partners.
• Translate complex issues into concise updates and next steps.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at working and executive levels.
• Own initial deployment plans and risk registers in the first 90 days.
• Document initial deployment lifecycle and completion criteria.
• Stand up live dashboards for active deployments.
• Have standard deployment processes in use across new deployments.
