Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks an experienced Program/Project leader to drive major multi-area initiatives in Paris. You will define strategy, set roadmaps, and establish governance across sponsors and stakeholders to ensure value delivery and post-launch performance.

The role requires 8+ years of program management and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, with strong communication and risk management skills. Paris-based base pay and country-specific benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project and program management experience.
• Ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and executive decision structures.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and resources, and leading without direct authority.
• Experience using data and modern project, collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions.
• Define the program strategy, objectives, roadmap, operating model, governance, decision rights, and delivery plan.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts.
