Job summary

RTX Corporation in Pau seeks a senior execution leader to connect the organization around critical priorities and drive measurable results. The role will lead multifunctional teams, align stakeholders around common objectives, identify and resolve cross-functional roadblocks, and establish governance and accountability to sustain execution.

The successful candidate will be a strong influencer with the ability to navigate complexity, challenge constructively, and mobilize teams toward results.

• Senior project/program or value stream leadership experience.
