BIC World in Marne-la-Vallée is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead the MLV plant operations, focusing on safety, efficiency and cost control to deliver daily volumes for CRISTAL, 4 COLORS and M10.

You will coordinate production, maintenance, quality, logistics and other functions, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing.
• Manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing.
• Large people management experience.
• Unionized staff, plant financials exposure.
• 15+ years in Manufacturing/Production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safest conditions for all employees and promote safety culture.
• Review and consolidate department budgets for the upcoming year.
• Control operations, expenses, headcount, investments, and purchasing.
• Ensure initiatives to enhance organizational culture and equity.
• Guarantee service levels for internal and external customers by meeting production schedules.
• Adhere to quality standards and international certifications.
• Deploy resources to each production line and maintenance.
• Report production results with continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate production start-up for new products and collaboration with Logistics.
• Provide technical support in industrial projects and reach KPI targets.
• Lead collaboration with Procurement, Core Tech, Innovation and Quality Lab.
