The General Production leadership role drives safe, high-quality output and continuous improvement across a high-volume site, with close collaboration with maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering and EHS teams.

You will lead diverse teams, develop people, and push for disciplined production planning and governance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets, while embracing Lean

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background) with significant experience in production operations.
• Experience leading large production teams in an industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good knowledge of automotive quality standards and environmental management systems.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent interpersonal leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops the General Production team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Translates functional priorities into actionable plans for General Production and allocates resources.
• Ensures robust production management and planning meeting quality, cost, and deadlines.
• Implements governance, internal controls, and compliance standards, monitoring risks.
• Drives continuous improvement and digital enablement with KPI tracking.
• Collaborates with cross-functional peers to align priorities and resolve escalations.
