Overstory is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Vegetation Intelligence, turning remote sensing data into actionable insights for utilities and risk management.

You will partner with data scientists and ML engineers, push model capabilities, and shape a roadmap that centers customer value while retaining technical rigor.

This remote role spans Europe and the Americas, offering a flexible environment and opportunities to influence how utilities prevent outages and wildfires.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with shipping speed.
• Hands-on experience building products powered by ML models and understanding model lifecycle.
• Experience turning technical roadmaps into customer-driven priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced startups with ambiguity and decisive actions.
• Track record building B2B products delivering data/model-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clarity on trade-offs.
• Experience leading product strategy, roadmapping and cross-functional consensus.

Responsabilités

• Own the Vegetation Intelligence roadmap from ML models to customer action.
• Advance detection models and integrate outputs into outage and ignition risk models.
• Lead user research and ground priorities in field decisions.
• Shift roadmap from tech-led to customer-driven while maintaining technical rigor.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to ship value from models.
• Incorporate feedback from arborists and end users to improve model performance.
• Communicate trade-offs and priorities across teams.
• Contribute to broader product strategy for Vegetation Insights.
