The Associate Technical Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Fraud Prevention, AML, KYC, Sanctions, Analytics, and AI solutions. In this role, you will partner with project managers, consultants, solution architects, technical teams, and client stakeholders to help drive successful implementation outcomes. Responsibilities

• Support the execution of technology implementation projects and workstreams across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, governance documentation, and action trackers to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities across delivery, product, engineering, client teams, and other internal or external stakeholders, as appropriate.
• Track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and help ensure follow-through on key actions.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support workshop logistics, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment toward defined outcomes.
• Prepare and support executive and management reporting materials, including project status updates and communications.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and help ensure clear alignment across project participants.
• Work closely with technical teams to track implementation activities, integrations, workflows, analytics, and platform delivery milestones.
• Support testing, deployment, and user acceptance coordination to help ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist with change management and business readiness activities to support adoption and successful delivery.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management templates, delivery standards, methodologies, and accelerators.
• Support lessons learned activities and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and coordination practices.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing project management experience with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment toward defined outcomes.
• Understanding of technology platforms, APIs, data, and IT project delivery, or a strong aptitude to quickly develop these capabilities.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills across clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, action tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality execution.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
• Interest in and exposure to FCC, Fraud Prevention, AML, KYC, Sanctions, Analytics, or AI-related solutions is a plus.
