Job summary

Qonto is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the platform-level orchestration of customer communications across Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, and Zendesk. You will build a shared platform—an event-driven orchestration layer, unified log, and preference management—that CRM, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams rely on for a compliant, scalable experience.

You will close regulatory gaps, improve operational excellence, and unlock growth by turning fragmented tools into a cohesive

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management experience across complex tools and teams.
• Ability to own platform-level problems spanning multiple tools.
• Hands-on with communication/CRM platforms (Braze, Customer.io, etc.).
• Experience navigating Regulatory, Marketing, Product, Ops constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared, platform-level orchestration for customer communications.
• Close critical regulatory gaps and drive operational excellence.
• Turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable system for multiple teams.
