Quadient is seeking a Director of Product & Strategy, CXM Flex, to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the on-premise CXM portfolio. The role reports to the SVP of Product and focuses on sustaining, modernizing, and enabling migrations toward CXM SaaS, while guiding a PM team and coordinating with R&D, Customer Success, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• At least 7 years leading product managers.
• Deep expertise in CCM/CXM, enterprise content, or regulated communications.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, identity, deployment topologies, and security/compliance.
• Proven track record guiding customers through cloud migration without disrupting strategic accounts.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define long-term product vision for on-premise and customer-hosted Inspire portfolio.
• Own multi-year strategy balancing sustaining, modernization, and migration to CXM SaaS.
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated product capabilities.
• Define AI-enabled capabilities roadmap for on-premise and hybrid deployments.
• Lead PM team and collaborate with R&D, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Drive platform modernization: containerization, APIs, identity, observability, AI integration.
• Represent CXM strategy externally with customers, partners, analysts.
• Own product P&L and financial outcomes.
• Manage migration narratives to CXM SaaS at customers' pace.
