Job summary

Qonto, a leading European fintech, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Client Communication to own a greenfield platform, including an orchestration layer, a unified communication log, and preference management. You will work with Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, and Zendesk to connect tools across teams.

• Senior Product Management experience owning a platform-level problem.
• Hands-on with CRM/communications platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or similar.
• Ability to navigate Regulatory, Marketing, Product, and Operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns greenfield platform: orchestration layer, unified communication log, and preference management.
• Close regulatory gaps, improve operational excellence, unlock growth opportunities.
