Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. seeks a Product Manager for its Retail division to enhance European Retail Solutions for France and Europe. You will work with the European Portfolio Manager and regional teams to shape the product roadmap and drive growth across markets.

You will analyze market trends, define product positioning, and collaborate with Market Organizations to collect feedback, ensuring local compliance and competitive differentiation. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

Degree in product management, engineering, or equivalent (Bac +5).
Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
Strong business/market acumen; interest in trends and competitors.
Product management expertise; software knowledge is a plus.
Willing to travel regionally (10%) for client visits and events.

Responsabilités

Contribute to the development and execution of product strategy for European Markets (France, Benelux, Italy, Spain).
Own and maintain the regional product roadmap aligning with mid- and long-term plans.
Analyze competitor portfolios and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Build relationships with Market Organizations and conduct joint customer visits to gather insights.
Provide regional market insights to ensure local needs are met and portfolio competitiveness.
Collaborate to define product positioning and pricing based on market dynamics.
