Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own initiatives end-to-end across Oncology, Gastroenterology and Psychiatry within a fully remote product team. You will report to the VP Product and drive AI-enabled product responses from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Medical, Tech, Revenue, and QARA.

Ideal candidates have seven+ years in Product Management, shipped AI-enabled products, and experience across healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end product ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled products or features.
• Ability to turn clinical or field needs into measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead field discovery and translate needs into clear product problems.
• Prototype with AI and drive production release with Tech.
• Collaborate with Medical and QARA on validation, quality and compliance.
• Measure adoption and business impact after delivery.
• Maintain product documentation and QA evidence.
