Alan is hiring product designers to lead end-to-end product experiences that improve members’ health journeys. You will work closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate concepts into meaningful, human-centered designs.

Join a vibrant design community across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, mentoring juniors, leveraging AI tools, and delivering production-ready assets for a scalable health platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like degree in design not specified; 5+ years product design experience required.
• Proven ability to ship quality products within cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior designers and lead design initiatives.
• Proficiency across UX research, UI design and visual design; production-ready assets.

Responsabilités

• Designs and builds product experiences from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
