Alma is hiring a Product Designer to shape internal tools and B2B experiences across checkout, risk, and payments. You’ll lead discovery autonomously, craft complete user flows, and contribute to our design system.

Proficiency in English and French is essential as documentation and most communications are in English. You’ll join a cross-functional tribe, work with 3 squads, and influence business outcomes with data-driven design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with internal or back-office tooling focus.
• Autonomous on discovery: own user knowledge, frame problems, run research.
• Design complete flows including edge cases and write your own copy; handoff ready for engineering.
• Fluent in English and French; all documentation and Alma-wide presentations in English.

Responsabilités

• Design across internal tooling and B2B/SaaS products, including checkout, risk, and payments.
• Run discovery autonomously; frame issues, select methods, and prioritize pain points.
• Build end-to-end flows with edge cases and error states; create microcopy.
• Define success metrics with PMs and measure impact post-launch.
