Alma is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own internal tooling and B2B/SaaS experiences across checkout, risk, and Open Banking domains. You will work in Core Tribe with 3 squads, and own end-to-end flows, writing your own microcopy.

You will design with data in mind, run discovery autonomously, and collaborate with PMs, EMs, and engineers. Paris-based with a hybrid remote option, English and French fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience
• Designed internal or back-office tools with dense data tables and multi-step workflows
• Autonomous on discovery and framing problems
• Fluent in English and French
• Experience with risk, finance or operations users is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own the user knowledge of your scope across internal and external products
• Design end-to-end flows including edge cases and error states
• Build on our Design System and contribute to it
• Define success metrics with PMs before go-live and track after
• Use AI to synthesize research and draft documentation
