Edenred scans the horizon for a Senior Product Designer to shape user-centered solutions inside a large-scale CRM. You will tackle complex workflows, partner with PMs, researchers, and developers, and influence design decisions across cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Head of Design and contribute to an ambitious agile-at-scale program in a global company.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master's degree in Ergonomics, UX Design, or a related field.
• Significant experience designing internal tools in complex B2E environments.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity about real user behaviors.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written for international teams.

CONTEXT

For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, leveraging state-of-the-art ways of working & technologies that carries major business stakes, we are looking for a Product Designer.

You will work on a large-scale CRM at the core of internal operations, supporting key business operations. It is used daily by Sales, Customer Care, and various support functions.

In this B2E context, you will tackle complex user journeys, legacy systems, and operational constraints requiring pragmatic, research-driven design decisions.

You will report to the Head of Design. You will interact with Product Managers, Product Owners, User Researcher, Developers and Stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Product Designer, you will design user-centered solutions in constrained environments:

• Develop an understanding of professional user contexts, workflows, and business needs

• Translate UX research insights into structured and actionable design directions

• Produce design deliverables (wireframes, high-def mockups, prototypes) aligned with identified needs

• Integrate the specific constraints of CRM systems (complex workflows, information density, business rules...) into design proposals

• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and project requirements

• Make informed trade-offs between usability, technical constraints, and business objectives

• Work collaboratively with other Designers and User Researchers

YOUR PROFILE

You could be our next teammate if you:

• Hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Ergonomics, UX Design, or a related field

• Have significant experience working in complex B2E environments, designing internal tools balancing user needs with complex business processes

• Bring critical thinking, an analytical mindset, and great planning and organizational skills

• Have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong curiosity to understand real user behaviors and the ability to challenge assumptions

• Lead the design facilitate decision-making, and confidently articulate and advocate design choices to stakeholders

• Have a fluent French and English, both spoken and written (international teams)
