Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives across its platform. You will own end-to-end product delivery, partnering with Engineering, Design, and other PMs to translate capabilities into compelling experiences for users and clients in a fast-paced, global, remote setting.

Leverage data, user research, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, define scope, and deliver impactful solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven software product management experience.
• End-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience launching AI-powered features and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with agile development in globally distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead an established agile team focused on AI-driven product capabilities.
• Translate platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing experiences.
• Define scope and prioritize new features; write clear user stories.
• Use data, research, and analytics to guide product direction.
