Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI and Digital Workplace in Paris (Hybrid). You will shape the AI strategy, lead discovery, and drive the product roadmap across engineering, design, and GTM teams.

The role requires deep experience in B2B SaaS, strong communication skills in English and French, and a customer-centric, data-driven mindset. You will partner with sales and success teams to demonstrate value and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered workplace experiences and intelligent employee services.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, search, and knowledge management to create measurable value.
• Own product discovery through customer interviews, workshops, research, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving needs.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Write detailed product specifications with Engineering and Design teams.
• Prioritize by balancing customer impact, feasibility, business value, and security.
• Monitor AI, enterprise software, workplace tech, and industry trends.
• Partner with Product Marketing to communicate vision, launches, and value propositions.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams with enablement materials and demos.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption and business impact.
• Champion customer-centric, outcomes-driven development.
