LumApps is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Learning team. You will oversee a high-performing group of engineers, co-own the technical and product vision for Learning, and contribute to AI tooling and the integration of Learning capabilities into LumApps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with leadership experience.
• Experience as Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading SaaS product development, web platforms, and mobile applications.

• Translate product strategy into a technical roadmap and drive delivery.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define learning capabilities as first-class experiences.
