LumApps SAS in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own cross-product GTM for our AI-powered Employee Hub. You will drive launches, pricing, and packaging for enterprise customers, delivering clear value messaging across teams.

You will mentor PMMs, collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Content Marketing, and translate complex platform capabilities into compelling storytelling. English fluency required; French is a plus; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Hands-on AI in GTM, content refinement, or enablement tools.
• Proven GTM leadership for complex platform products at enterprise scale.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholders influence.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute cross-product GTM plans for LumApps AI-powered Employee Hub.
• Enable Sales and Customer Success with compelling assets and messaging.
• Shape product strategy and pricing to drive growth and ARPU.
• Mentor PMMs and raise execution standards across the team.
• Refine positioning and messaging for target personas and analysts.
