Alan SA. is scaling its IT platform to support a global, prevention‑focused health service. You will own core automation, identity and endpoint security, and drive international deployments across markets.

The role combines hands‑on technical delivery with designing scalable processes and mentoring teammates. The position demands strong Python, API, and automation skills, plus experience with IdP‑driven provisioning and MDM tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering with ownership of production‑facing systems.
• Experience with IdP-driven automation and internal provisioning platforms is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Own and extend automation on Alan Home, our provisioning engine.
• Maintain and improve IT automation, SaaS provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines.
• Own the identity and access management lifecycle across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, and SaaS ecosystem.
• Drive international expansion with repeatable platform deployments across markets.
• Lead automation and documentation to reduce bus factor and improve audit readiness.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to cross‑functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit).
