Semble is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to lead evolution of the engineering platform and reduce cognitive load for developers. You will champion best practices, mentor engineers, and drive the Platform roadmap with empathy for end users.

The role is fully remote in the UK or France, and you’ll work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and MongoDB Cloud to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and tooling for developer productivity.

Formación

• 3-5 years in software engineering with platform experience.
• Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.
• Track record delivering paved roads and golden paths for teams.
• Improving CI/CD pipelines with speed and feedback in mind.
• Ability to write clear documentation and runbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Champion infrastructure best practices and shape the platform roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and balance infrastructure evolution with enablement work.
• Improve developer productivity and reduce friction for engineers.
• Develop observable, well-instrumented tooling and pipelines.
• Collaborate with security, SRE, and product teams to align goals.
