EggAI Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build and operate the Kubernetes platform for client projects in production. You will work in a small team of engineers and own the platform from development to operations, ensuring reliability and cost control.

You’ll lead architecture discussions, implement IaC with Terraform, Helm/Kustomize, and manage CI/CD with ArgoCD or Flux, while collaborating directly with client engineers in a regular sprint rhythm.

Formación

• 5+ years in infrastructure/platform/SRE roles.
• 3+ years running production Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficient in IaC with Terraform in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Security: secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
• Client-facing with enterprise tech talks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate the Kubernetes platform in production.
• Lead architecture discussions and own reliability (SLOs, costs).
• Develop self-service paths for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with client engineers in regular agile cadence.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents.
