Job summary

Scality is seeking a seasoned Sysadmin/DevSecOps to own and evolve ARTESCA’s platform and tooling, including Kubernetes control plane, workers, and add-ons. You’ll focus on security hardening, compliance, and scalable deployment workflows across on-prem and cloud lab environments.

You will join a cross-functional team with 5+ years’ experience, collaborating on design, deployment, and reliability, while growing your technical and leadership skills in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Sysadmin / DevSecOps.
• Strong Linux systems expertise and security-focused mindset.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficient in Python and Bash scripting.
• CI/CD and GitHub Actions proficiency.
• Familiarity with cloud labs and infrastructure tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the ARTESCA platform and Kubernetes control plane.
• Harden security, compliance, and SBOM processes.
• Contribute to installer and product workflows for multi-node deployments.
• Own upgrades, life cycle, and base images for reliable restores.
• Write and maintain operations docs, tests, and release procedures.
• Improve CI/CD, devcontainers, and automated releases.
