Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to secure and automate the platform on Azure and Kubernetes. You will bridge security with platform engineering, owning greenfield improvements and automated guardrails while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes proactive security, compliance posture, and scalable infrastructure management in a remote-friendly setup across France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a security focus.
• Production experience with Kubernetes including RBAC, policies and secrets handling.
• Strong cloud experience, primarily Azure; AWS or Google Cloud knowledge welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own automation and hardening initiatives in AKS and Azure environments.
• Develop guardrails and detection coverage for security tooling and incidents.
• Lead vulnerability management across infrastructure with takedown plans.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to secure by design and auditable infra.
