Ultimate.ai is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to design and lead architecture for the Zendesk Resolution Platform, driving autonomous service workflows and enterprise integrations. You will advise pre- and post-sales teams, shaping secure, scalable AI solutions and ensuring value delivery for large enterprise customers.

• 8–10+ years in enterprise system/solution architecture or related consulting.
• Experience architecting generative AI solutions, prompt engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI reasoning.
• Expertise with RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, and data modeling.

• Executive Technical Value: communicate AI architecture value to executives.
• ARR & Pipeline Impact: drive ARR through discovery, scoping, and POCs.
• Autonomous Service Deployment: deploy Zendesk Agent Builder and Action Builder for 80% automated resolution.
• Ecosystem Integration & Connectivity: design MCP Server integrations with APIs and iPaaS.
• Knowledge & Memory Engineering: integrate unstructured data via Context Graph without migration.
• The Road to 80% Methodology: lead hand-off between pre- and post-sales with AI Quality Scores.
• Subject Matter Expert on Zendesk security, scalability, data models, and Copilot.
• Product Liaison: feedback loop shaping Zendesk AI roadmap.
