Kpler is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement crew. You will design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems—agents, assistants, and shared frameworks—and own solutions end-to-end from workflow understanding to deployment and iteration.

You will mentor engineers, raise the bar for AI-assisted engineering, and contribute to the company-wide AI adoption plan. Expect a fast-moving, impact-driven environment with measureable results and strong security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Hands-on with shipping LLM-powered features and AI tooling in production.
• Strong integration with SaaS APIs and internal services.
• Solid system design, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Understanding of security and data privacy in AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS), CI/CD, and containerization.
• Desirable knowledge of RAG and knowledge-base systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate AI systems for internal functions—agents, assistants, and automations—from design to production.
• Create shared foundations: frameworks, knowledge-base pipelines, and evaluation tooling.
• Collaborate with functional champions to identify automation opportunities and deploy solutions.
• Implement guardrails for security and responsible AI across all shipped work.
• Make systems measurable by tracking adoption, quality, cost, and time savings.
• Keep systems reliable, observable, and maintainable with incident response planning.
• Contribute to AI software factory with rules, tools, and developer workflows.
• Document ideas, proposals, and runbooks; share knowledge across teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
