JSP is seeking a Process Integration Project Leader to join the EMEA Process Engineering team at our Estrées Saint Denis plant. Reporting to the Process Manager, you will optimize production processes, drive innovative technology, and support the rollout of automated equipment across Europe.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations and customers, lead projects, travel regularly, and contribute to reducing environmental impact while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of technologies for processing polyolefin materials.
• Ability and motivation to develop programs using Python, SQL databases and industrial PLC languages.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Process Integration Project Leader

Reporting to the Process Manager , this role will contribute to the local and the EMEA Process Engineering team, with the main following missions:

As Process Integration Project Leader you will:

• Optimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiency
• Develop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needs
• Support the rollout of JSP automated equipment across EMEA, including FAT, SOP and troubleshooting.
• Reduce the environmental impact of the existing production site (reduce CO 2 emission, energy and water consumption)
• Lead projects and be accountable for the outcome
• Conduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operations
• Act as Technical link between cross-functional colleagues and customers to ensure efficient and effective production

Your profile:

• Master's degree in process or manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materials
• Ability and motivation to develop programs using Python, SQL databases and industrial PLC languages
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience in equipment installation or industrial implementation projects.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in international environment. Additional European language skills would be in advantage.
• Clear communication, encompassing diplomacy and directness
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
• Drive, open-mind and adaptable
