Spendesk is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our People team. You will partner with the Product & Tech org (~120 people across FR, UK, DE, ES), acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leading initiatives across performance, org design, and AI-powered HR tooling.

Fluency in English and French is required, with Spanish an advantage. The role offers hybrid work with remote flexibility and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven seniority in a People Partner role, ideally within a similar tech environment
• Strong knowledge of Tech populations and their specific challenges
• Data-driven mindset: ability to build models, interpret people analytics, and translate insights into tangible actions
• AI-curious and hands-on: experience (or strong appetite) for building AI agents and automating HR workflows using modern tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: comfortable navigating complex organizations and influencing without authority
• Experience with Works Council / CSE processes is a plus
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a strong advantage given the scope

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting them through the full employee lifecycle
• Coach managers on performance management, team development, and organizational effectiveness
• Proactively identify people challenges and translate them into concrete action plans
• Drive performance management cycles within your scope, ensuring consistency and fairness
• Support organizational design and workforce planning in a fast-evolving context
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on people-related topics and initiatives
• Contribute to selected Works Council (CSE) topics and ensure proper follow-up
• Leverage people data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and inform decision-making
• Build models that turn People metrics into actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Design and build AI agents to automate and enhance People Partnership processes
• Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and improve the employee experience at scale
