Sibelco is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist at the Nemours Office to manage payroll for all country entities, ensuring proper setup, processing and payroll generation. You will work within the Country Servicing Business Services Team to deliver accurate compensation for employees.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance or accounting, English proficiency, and fluency in the local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, finance or accounting or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a payroll office or similar role in a mid-sized to large organization.
• English proficiency in speech and writing.
• Proficiency in the local language of France.
• Additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for calendar payroll management for all country entities.
• Establishes expertise and provides counsel to management.
• Ensures correct gross to net calculations, including withholdings and unemployment insurances.
• Handles relocation and expatriation cost calculations for gross to net.
• Inputs and reconciles payroll journal entries to the general ledger.
• Creates analytical payroll reports for management.
• Communicates with employees about salary and deductions.
• Contributes input on payroll software selection.
• Ensures proper use of country payroll system for consolidation at group level.
