Hostinger is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for France, based in Europe. You will identify, recruit, and manage a broad network of influencers, affiliates, and B2B partners to drive growth across international markets.

You’ll negotiate high-impact deals, nurture relationships, run campaigns, and leverage data to optimize performance. Fluent English and French communications are essential in a fast-paced, remote, global team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer and affiliate marketing).
• Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency with CRMs, web data and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates, sales and B2B.
• Build, systematically manage and scale a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
• Conduct negotiations internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
• Nurture existing relationships with partners to deepen collaborations and drive growth.
• Run and monitor partners’ marketing campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize performance.
• Report on goals, progress, forecasts, results and challenges.
• Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform business growth.
