Affinity is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) to grow our demand-side business in France, focusing on performance solutions. The role can be based in Paris or Berlin, with business travel to visit clients and attend industry events.

Drive sales growth by winning new clients and expanding advertiser relationships across France and the wider European market, while taking ownership of building strong partnerships with brands, agencies, and affiliate networks.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing or a related field.
• Well connected to agencies, advertisers, or digital advertising platforms.
• A track record in business development and client management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
• A self-driven, hands-on approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Native-level French and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Grow advertising revenue and develop new business.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
• Take deals from first contact through to launch and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
• Work with clients to understand their goals, monitor campaign performance and improve results.
• Share client and market feedback with our product and commercial teams.
• Work closely with the French Sales Director and colleagues across Europe mainly based in Paris and Berlin
