Ayvens in Paris is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to lead and optimize paid social campaigns across markets. You will drive lead generation, brand awareness, and growth with data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage budgets across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, use tools like Channable and Smartly.io, analyze performance, mentor teammates, and push automation and scalability in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on Paid Social advertising experience.
• 8+ years in a marketing-related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and other channels.
• Develop paid social strategies to support lead generation, acquisition, engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage media budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize campaigns through targeting, creative testing and bidding.
• Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with country marketing teams, content managers, and developers to scale campaigns and improve results.
• Leverage first-party data, analytics tools and automation to improve targeting and reporting.
• Mentor teammates, share best practices, and support onboarding and continuous improvement.
