Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal France is seeking a Senior Associate / Manager – Business Operations to support client-facing staff and senior management within the PEPI practice. You will help define growth strategies, manage pipeline analytics, and provide financial insight to prioritise business development.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in financial reporting and consolidating multiple sources.
• Understanding of how professional services firms win work and pipeline metrics.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage pipeline data and drive data quality.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and PowerBI.
• Experience in a similar operations role within professional services is preferred.
