Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate / Manager – Business Operations in Paris to support PEPI practice growth. You will partner with SBU Heads and pillar leads to define growth strategies, build go-to-market plans, and provide pipeline and financial insights to leadership.

The role is execution-centric with cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal.

Qualifications

Experience in financial reporting and consolidating multiple sources into a single view.
Understanding of how professional services firms win work – pipeline, pricing and conversion metrics.
Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline data and ensure data quality.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Manage pipeline reporting from origination to win/loss and track coverage vs plan.
Support client coverage and cross-pillar opportunities across MDs, pillars, sectors and geographies.
Provide financial analyses and management information packs for leadership meetings.
Coordinate staffing, capacity planning and hiring by pillar/geography with HR and Talent Acquisition.
Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning processes.
Drive adoption of financial systems (e.g., Agresso, PowerBI, Salesforce).
Prepare integrated pipeline materials for leadership meetings and cross-border reviews.
