Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is expanding its Corporate Transformation Services practice, hiring Senior Associates to help define and deliver sustainable performance improvements across industries. You will work with Managing Directors and client leadership on diagnostics, financial modelling, and transformation plans.

The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe from Day 1.

Qualifications

Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of financial statements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with Excel modelling.
Clear verbal and written communication in English and French.
Ability to prioritise in complex, fast-paced environments.
Experience in consulting or industry and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

Be an active part of teams supporting Managing Directors and contributing to business development.
Review performance to diagnose underperformance and craft executable actions.
Assist in producing financial and operational modelling and projections.
Identify improvement levers and communicate the case for change to leadership.
Lead transformation plan execution with clients to realise EBITDA and cash benefits.
Drive quick initial gains to enable longer transformation targets.
Work with clients through operations, supply chain, logistics and purchasing challenges.
