Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Paris to support pre-deal diligence and post-deal savings delivery within the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) Procurement team. You will oversee procurement elements of buy/sell-side diligence and help build sourcing strategies for value creation across industries.

Fluency in French and English is essential, with 3–7 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited university.
• Around 3-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in multiple sectors and cost drivers is desirable.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee procurement elements of buy and sell side pre-deal diligence and summarize opportunities and levers.
• Lead post-deal savings delivery projects with sourcing strategies and delivery execution.
• Collaborate within the PEPI procurement team and support senior client stakeholders.
