Alvarez & Marsal France is expanding its Corporate Transformation Services team in Paris, seeking experienced Senior Associates to drive enterprise-wide change. The role focuses on diagnosing performance gaps, building actionable plans, and leading transformation initiatives with C-suite impact.

You will work with senior leaders to deliver EBITDA improvements, optimize working capital, and coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and strategy in a demanding, client-facing

Qualifications

• Fluency to a business level in both verbal and written English & French.
• Excellent financial and business acumen with understanding of financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel modelling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in complex situations.
• Significant consulting and/or industry experience; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Be an active part of the teams directly supporting the Managing Directors and contribute to business development.
• Review financial and operational performance to build diagnoses and actionable plans.
• Assist with financial modelling and analysis including financial and operational models.
• Identify improvement levers and communicate case for change to leadership.
• Collaborate with clients to lead execution of transformation plans to realize EBITDA and working capital benefits.
• Drive short-term gains to enable longer transformation targets.
• Support CTS clients across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and purchasing.
