You will collaborate with art, engineering, production, and other design stakeholders to maintain a sustainable, high-quality content pipeline while

Qualifications

• Demonstrable game or content design experience in live, hero-driven mobile or F2P games.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation.
• Hands-on Unity experience and internal game content tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to use data and feedback to refine designs.
• Growth mindset with willingness to experiment and iterate.

Responsabilités

• Own design of complex features and content from concept to data implementation.
• Architect gameplay systems to support long-term engagement.
• Analyze and refine economy, loops, and combat meta.
• Use data and feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Create high-level design docs explaining mechanics and outcomes.
• Present concepts to stakeholders with supporting data.
• Provide peer feedback to raise team quality.
• Share Unity tools knowledge and live-ops methods.
• Collaborate with production to define scope and delivery plans.
• Work with art/engineering to optimize content and release cadence.
• Experiment with new approaches and learn from results.
