Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in France to lead a wide range of visual projects across marketing, product, and digital channels.

You will shape brand visuals and contribute to design systems while collaborating with product, marketing, and creative teams to translate business goals into engaging visual solutions. Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio of high‑level visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, font pairing, readability, and visual balance.
• Deep knowledge of composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, and digital campaigns.
• Experience creating raster graphics, including compositing and collage work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business context and aligning design with product/marketing goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and deliver a broad range of graphic design projects from concept through final execution.
• Contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives by developing concepts and visual assets aligned with business objectives.
• Generate creative ideas for product and marketing teams, translating concepts into engaging visuals.
• Create, maintain, and scale design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and update brand books, visual guidelines, templates, and assets.
• Design content for social media, presentations, infographics, and digital channels.
• Ensure quality and consistency of graphics in line with guidelines and templates.
• Participate in design decisions for new and existing digital products.
• Create vector icons and other visual elements across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver solutions.
• Analyze design effectiveness and apply insights to improve future work.
• Optimize design processes and workflows for efficiency.
