Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Motion Designer based in France to join a high-ownership creative team shaping how a global technology brand moves across digital experiences and campaigns.

You will design motion across product, web, social, events, and marketing while helping establish a distinctive visual motion language. The role blends hands-on craft with systems thinking and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in motion design with a portfolio showing strong motion craft and storytelling.
• Ability to transform brand briefs, UI frames, and product concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Deep understanding of motion principles including timing, easing, rhythm, pacing, transitions, and visual personality.
• Strong understanding of brand and UI design with ability to balance expressive direction and functional product communication.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative instincts for structuring motion with setup, tension, and resolution.
• Experience creating reusable motion guidelines, component libraries, templates, or other tools to scale work.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce high-quality motion across product explainers, website animations, paid social content, and event experiences.
• Translate UI frames and product concepts into polished demonstrations and explainers.
• Develop storyboards to move projects efficiently from concept to production.
• Define and evolve a distinctive motion design language with branded patterns and transitions.
• Build reusable motion systems, libraries, and templates for cross-team use.
• Explore tools like Jitter, Figma Motion, and AI-powered video tech to improve workflows.
• Create short-form video variations for paid social testing across formats.
• Develop scalable product video templates for future launches.
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing, web, social, and agencies to ensure cohesive work.
• Advise stakeholders on motion choices and rationale, fostering understanding of motion’s value.
