Jobgether SRL, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Game Designer based in France to shape and implement engaging content for a live mobile title.

You will design progression systems, events, combat, and characters, and analyze player data to refine designs. Collaboration with art, engineering, and production is essential to maintain a sustainable content pipeline in a highly autonomous, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing live, hero-driven mobile or free-to-play games.
• Strong understanding of game balance and player motivation.
• Hands-on experience with Unity and relevant internal game content tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with evidence-based reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Own the design of complex features and content, from concept to data implementation.
• Architect gameplay systems that sustain long-term player engagement.
• Analyze the game economy and core loops to maintain balance and depth.
• Use data, feedback, and forecasts to guide iterative improvements.
• Create high-level design docs explaining purpose, mechanics and outcomes.
• Present concepts to stakeholders with data-driven justification.
• Collaborate with production, art, and engineering to plan scope and delivery.
• Share advanced Unity knowledge and live-ops optimization techniques.
• Contribute to live-operations calendars and events as needed.
• Work with external partners when required to brief and refine outsourced work.
