EverAI in Paris-based team seeks a hands-on growth marketer to own paid acquisition channels and scale high-performing campaigns. You’ll work with our CMO to accelerate user growth across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and native platforms.

You’ll test new channels, optimize CAC and ROAS, and build scalable funnels with fast iteration. Strong analytical fluency and creative briefing skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing substantial paid media spend.
• Ownership of campaign execution, results and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or two paid channels with growth potential.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Voluum, and dashboards.
• Define hooks and optimize landing pages to boost conversions.
• Negotiate with traffic sources and explore new opportunities.
• Create SOPs and playbooks for scaling campaigns.
