Photoroom is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager in Paris to own and scale Meta campaigns, driving ROAS and SMB growth. You will work with the creative, data/measurement, and product teams to turn performance signals into actionable creative hypotheses and strategies.

Compensation ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 plus stock-options. This role is hybrid, located in Paris, with the HQ office as the base and occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing with hands-on Meta expertise.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets and ROAS targets.
• Proven ability to partner with creative teams and generate data-driven hypotheses.
• Strong analytical depth in attribution, incrementality, and unit economics.
• Autonomy to own ambiguous problems and ship outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Meta campaigns with a seven-figure monthly budget and SMB focus.
• Provide structured, data-backed creative direction to the in-house team.
• Build a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, and structures.
• Align channel performance with unit economics and incremental value.
• Develop AI-native tooling and automations to accelerate UA processes.
