Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks an Engineering Customer Leader to act as the technical interface between Materi’Act and OEM customers worldwide. You will align technical expectations, drive customer satisfaction, and support deployment of compound materials across projects.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, provide technical guidance, and help define validation plans, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Mastery of material behavior, processing, and validation methods.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical actions and solutions.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Technical Deployment on Customer Projects with consistent technical direction and action plans.
• Provide and develop technical support internally and externally to customers and partners.
• Support Market Development by acting as a technical ambassador and informing product roadmaps.
• Develop internal knowledge and best practices, train teams and customers, and contribute to IP activities.
