Forvia is seeking an Engineering Customer Leader to act as the technical interface between Materi’Act and OEMs, driving deployment of compound materials on projects worldwide. You will ensure technical excellence and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong materials expertise, global collaboration, and experience with customer project management in the automotive or chemical sectors. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of plastic compounds, formulation, and transformation processes (injection molding, extrusion).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Technical Deployment on Customer Projects: drive technical alignment, organize tryouts, and provide action plans.
• Provide and Develop Technical Support: internal and external, guide on technical specs and customer expectations.
• Support Market Development: act as technical ambassador, identify opportunities, and contribute to product roadmaps.
